Anglia Ruskin has a wide variety of University managed accommodation, which it will be making available to students studying at CRIC. The choices will range from traditional halls of residence, modern en-suite rooms and shared houses.

Leaving home can be difficult and, for many of you, moving to Cambridge may be your first experience living independently. Therefore do not hesitate to contact our staff who will be able to provide you with advice and guidance to ensure your housing is as hassle free as possible.

There are a number of options available for international students to choose from:

Peter Taylor House (on-campus)

This is the newest and largest of the University Halls of Residence with 258 en-suite, single study bedrooms. Located on-campus, it is within walking distance of the shops, cafes, restaurants and all of your classrooms.

Anastasia House (on-campus)

This purpose built student housing provides 68 single study bedrooms of which 61 are en-suites. Located opposite the main campus it provides convenience and a high standard of living conditions.

 

University owned and managed houses (off-campus)

Sedley Court Accommodation
Sedley Court is a complex of 30 student cluster flats for 5 sharing managed by Aldwyck Housing association. It is about a 20 minute walk or five minute cycle ride from Anglia Ruskin University's East Road campus, located just off Mill Road and close to good bus links and supermarkets. Local shops and takeaways are available nearby, and Parkside swimming pool and the city centre shopping facilities are easily accessible.

A variety of others...

All houses are located within 1.5 miles of the campus and are easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. They are close to local amenities, sports centres, cinemas and shopping centres.

Accommodation Costs range from £62 – 120 per week.
