Our application process is both quick and simple- just complete the Application Form and send it to our Admission Office by mail, email or fax, see Step 1 below. Do not forget to attach copies of your passport and academic documents. On receipt, our dedicated admission team will get to work immediately on your application and you will usually hear from them within 48 hours!

STEP 1 - THE APPLICATION FORM

(a) Download the Application Form and complete it making sure you have answered all the relevant questions. As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us here at CRIC.

(b) Attach certified copies of: all academic qualifications and English test results, certified translations must accompany documents that are not in English.

(c) Send your completed Application Form and associated documents by mail, email or fax to:

STEP 2 - OFFER OF ADMISSION

If your application is successful you will receive an official Offer of Admission from CRIC along with an Acceptance of Offer Form. In order to accept the Offer it is necessary to complete all documentation and pay the Course Fee Deposit specified.

STEP 3 – PAYMENT OF COURSE FEE DEPOSIT

• Cheque/bankers drafts: please make cheque/bankers drafts payable to ‘Cambridge Ruskin International College Ltd’.
• Telegraphic Transfer (TT): please use the CRIC Bank Account Details below to pay by telegraphic transfer. Please note your Student ID as detailed on your Offer of Admission as a reference on the transfer so we can allocate the funds easily.
• Debit/credit cards: currently we can only accept payments by debit/credit card in person at CRIC. Please note there is a 2% surcharge on credit card payments.
• CRIC is unable to accept payments by cash. If you wish to pay your Course Fee Deposit by cash you should go in person to a HSBC bank and pay the funds into our CRIC account (details below).

If you do pay by direct debit or telegraphic transfer you must state your name and/or CRIC Student ID number as reference for payment and provide CRIC with proof of payment. The CRIC bank details are as follows:

STEP 4 - RECEIPT AND VISA SUPPORT DOCUMENTS

Upon receipt of your Course Fee Deposit, CRIC will verify your information, issue a receipt and all visa support documentation.

Applying for a visa

Prospective students intending to study in the UK must apply for a visa if they are from a Visa National country. Visas must be applied for prior to arrival in the UK. There are regulations that must be met before a student visa is issued and these vary from country to country. Information about visa regulations for your country is available from the British Embassy. Alternatively your Agent will be able to assist you with your visa application.
